Mother, Kelly Donnelly whose childs identity was stolen from a graveyard tombstone by Catherine Bridget Collins and used to assist in the Parental Kidnapping of Shelby Nicole Cannon, the daughter of CK Cannon - Karst Productions, Co-Founder, Josef Cannon speaks out to the press about the anguish of knowing her child's identity had been stolen. Both Mrs. Donnelly and Josef Cannon are furious over Ireland's law enforcement agencys delay in arresting the person(s) responsible.

Humanitarian lends support to familiar cause

CK Cannon - Karst productions co-founder Josef Cannon narrates Identity Theft Prevention Video. Josef's daughter, Shelby Nicole Cannon was kidnapped back in 1998 and it was with identities of a deceased child taken from a graveyard tombstone that the abductor used to evade the authorities. The actual mother of the child whose identity was stolen and used, Kelly Donnelly is wagging a campaign aganist the abductor, catherine Bridget Collins.

Pierce Brosnan helps find Abducted Shelby

Former 007 James Bond star, Actor Pierce Brosnan, helped find missing daughter of CK Cannon - Karst Productions co-founder, Josef Cannon after his 5 year search for his Abducted Daughter Shelby Nicole Cannon.



Josef Cannon co-authored the "Synclair-Cannon Child Abduction Prevention Act", which was passed into Law in October of 2002. It was Mr. Brosnan's appearance at the anniversary of the law and meeting with Mr. Cannon, that led to a woman on vacation in Scotland reading the article written about them and recognizing a picture of little Shelby Nicole Cannon as that of a child in her son's class back in Liverpool, England.
